Hope Christian Academy Logo Usage Policy

At Hope Christian Academy, our logo is a valuable and trademarked asset that represents the identity, mission, and values of our school. To maintain the integrity and professionalism of our brand, it is essential that the logo is used consistently and appropriately by all parties. This policy outlines the guidelines for the use of the Hope Christian Academy logos. 

Public Use of the Helmet Logo

Hope Christian Academy grants permission for public use of our Helmet Logo (pictured below), which is available for download in high resolution below. To download image, right-click and “Save As.”

However, we ask that users respect the following guidelines when using the helmet logo:

  • Correct Colors and Formats: The helmet logo must be used in its original colors and proportions without alteration.
  • Size and Placement: The logo should be resized proportionally and must remain clear and legible at all times.
  • Positive Representation: The logo should not be used in a way that detracts from the mission or values of Hope Christian Academy.

Disclaimer: This helmet logo is the only Hope Christian Academy logo approved for public use in commercial activities. Any other logos associated with the school are subject to the restrictions outlined below.

Restricted Use of Other Logos

All other Hope Christian Academy logos, apart from the helmet logo, may only be used by:

  • School officials, faculty, and staff for official school-related purposes.
  • Approved vendors and partners with written permission from the school administration.
  • Students, parents, and organizations in connection with school-sponsored activities, with prior approval.

Any business or individual seeking to use logos other than the helmet logo for commercial purposes must apply for a licensing agreement. 

Brand Usage Guidelines for Restricted Logos

For all logos apart from the helmet logo, the following guidelines must be followed:

  • Correct Colors and Formats: Logos must be used in their official colors and formats as specified by Hope Christian Academy.
  • Size and Placement: Logos should be resized proportionally and must remain clear and legible at all times.
  • No Alterations: Logos cannot be altered in any way, including changes to color, proportions, or the addition of other elements.
  • Prohibited Use: Unauthorized use for personal gain or profit is strictly prohibited for all logos, apart from the helmet logo.

Written Permission for Other Logos

Individuals or organizations wishing to use logos other than the helmet logo must obtain written permission from the school administration. Unauthorized use of these logos for any commercial, promotional, or non-school-related purposes is not permitted.

Vendor Partnerships

Hope Christian Academy partners with select vendors who are granted exclusive rights to produce and sell merchandise featuring specific logos. These vendors are vetted to ensure they meet the high standards of the school's brand.
